A protester, who bypassed security, unfurled a banner
and began shouting in the press center, is escorted by out of the
World Trade Organization (WTO) Conference by Seattle police Friday.
After four days of sessions with representatives from 135 countries,
the conference is scheduled to conclude Friday. The widespread rioting
that occurred in downtown Seattle on Tuesday and Wednesday have
subsided and stores near the conference are re-opening for business.
Police still maintain a security zone around the conference until
